Thats exactly what I do - sometimes I'll line up a large radius in POI and very gently pinch the sticks to keep the subject centred or do it all manually depending on time

Thanks a lot, as I mentioned above was done using the finger and thumb pinch control, and aircraft in Tripod mode too, but apart from that all manually shot, no smart flying modes used.
