Would it be possible if you could try to use a compatible device to see if there will be changes? You may refer to the screenshot below for the compatible device. I have a samsung A10 that i got just for Ozmo 3.  app crashes all the time. Has android 9

It sticks to tutorial mode and then hangs in custom settings all the time. Mate 20 pro with mimo app.

it worked with my samsumg s5 and a friend tried with success with a s9. No problem. Why not with the mate 20 pro?
