2 years ago I went for a first time on Jrebchevo dam to see "submerged" church s. ivan Rilski. It was a cloudy autumn day, but at least was not raining and ever since I try to arrange the second visit - but it's some 200+ km away yesterday finally I found time and strength to travel - well worth trip (visit successfully some other places - clips to follow ) I enjoyed my trip a lot, hope You'll share part of this experience
P.S. water is far from the church now but half of the year it's near 2 meter high there
