Have flown a gyrocopter .....  mmm,  not as sophisticated looking as the Skeeta.  That looks quite professional.  Be interesting to see how the cyclic pitch is managed ??

Go for the turbine version, it has more power. But those floats are near to useless, just like those on Phantoms.

I think it depends on the material your pontoons are constructed of, & whether they are adequately modelled to work.

The motor is unprotected and too low down in the fuselage, so any water spray could drown the engine ignition system.
