I am trying to link the DJI Mavic Pro 2017 model direct to a decoder. The mavic remote, connected to ipad. Ipad is wireless network, that network the decoder is connected directly too. That decoder has a video out that is connected into a TV. I want to do a Dynmaic IP RTMP direct. This network has no internet, and only has the mavic and the decoder on it to preserve all bandwidth possible and create as little lag as possible. Please help?

Decoder is 192.168.1.169
Gateway 192.168.1.1
iPad is 192.168.1.110

Can you help? Or at least direct me to a resource that can?

Usually you set the custom rtmp to rtmp://<ip address>/live so in your case rtmp://192.168.1.169/live but without details of the decoder your using its hard to be sure.
