I just purchased a phantom 3 pro from eBay. I'm getting an Activation Failed Activation Service Error Code 1112. Someone said in this forum that "error code 1112 means the drone is lost or stolen". Is it true? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you bought it from eBay, then it will be a used aircraft, and as such it would already have been activated. You cannot change the ownership of it. That is probably why you get an error.

Seller sells it as used, but DJI App require to activate it otherwise, it can't fly.

I know we try to save money by buying used and 3rd party batteries online but these things Have to work because you will be flying over areas in which it is imperative it does not go down upon.

I did reinstall the DJI go, and change another phone to do that again, but it doesn't work. I already asked to return the drone. However, thank you for your help.
