because when i put the serial number in tools.retroroms.info ---- i cant see any information -- just show me produce time

The 'R' at the end of the SSN denotes that it is a refurbished unit. A DJI moderator on here may be able to confirm for sure.

I think, the R at the end means refurbished.

But refurbished or not, in times of registrating the drones almost everywhere, sooner or later everywhere, I have more trouble with having a serial get changed during a repair process.
DJI should start proceeding like motorcycle brands, when the frame gets changed:
Put the old serial onto the new "frame"Since it is digital numbered and a sticker, ....

All other is really a deal breaker.
You cant, if registering needed, not even testfly it direct after having it back.
Legally,  at least!
