My experience points and level has gone to ZERO - please can you help to remedy this error

Hi  - thanks for yr reply.

a few months ago my exp points and level froze. This issue was raised and i did all that was asked of me..ie resync and sign out and sign back in and resync - i did these steps many times but the numbers stayed frozen.

Recently i got a new phone.  I installed the app to my new phone and signed in.
I then had to sync a few times before the proper flight distances etc appeared - but the level and exp points went to zero and has stayed there.
Below is screenshot of the time when the points did not move despite more milage flown.

This has happened to me Dean - insynch the flight records again over a strong WiFi connection - select 'ALL' before starting synchronisation and the record should reappear. Cool stats BTW

Noo, unfortunately did not work
I ve signed out and in again - resynched all records again and number of times but still at zero.:-(

Thats a shame - God knows then mate - may be try another device if you have one or reinstall the ap completely
