I have taken over the office gimbal aosmo mobile 2, and wish to add my phone to it. It is saying it paired to another device (an old phone of previous employee). How do I get it to see my phone (android). I have the app loaded.

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. We would recommend using your Osmo mobile 2 to an environment in which there are no devices that use Bluetooth connection aside from your preferred mobile device. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.

Hi, I use an iphone X with IOS 13.1.2. and BT on. The Osmo mobile 2 doesn't apear in my BT menu. Switched phone of and on again and still no result. Hope you have a solution?
