No problem buddy im just dragging out some of the video i have and getting them online so as others can have a look ! ok they arnt the best authored or set shots but shows my vulnerabilities as both a pilot and a videographer

Its all down to practice and were always learning,  shame the UK weather isn't a little better then we'd get more opportunity to fly

Wonderful ruin! I would love to fly my drone through one of the openings in the ruin. I wonder is that allowed?

Amen to that ! also where i normally fly it means getting the gear up there in a pack and i tend to carry lots of gear with me

Probably not as there are lots of people at ground level when open although when i was flying the abbey a few years back i was sat in the car park in the boot with my ipad controller and a crean scone and cup o tea lol

Im sure English Heritage would not grant you permission if you asked

engligh heritage are like the national trust just the thought of someone flying a drone brings out the worst in people

So very true.  I've flown from a few times from unmanned National Trust sites at times when they are not too busy and never had anything but pleasant people talk me luckily.

Thanks for your kind words guys ! no point in having terabit after terabit of footage locked away in a removable drive. NIce to show other people some of my experiences with my phantom 3 pro

With places like the NT and EH, as long as theres not many folks about, its best to ask forgiveness than permission, Ive also found EH better than NT  as long as you speak to the caretaker for such place, not the main body and obviously stick to the drone cross code ;)

PS, scarborough, originally, so been up to Whitby many a time back when i was a lad, i just said that with my Whippet laid by my legs whilst wearing my flat cap, ok, so i lied about the cap and not strictly true about the Whippet, its 3 Bearded Collies
