I have Canon Eos R 24-105 usm lens and watched the video about 24/105 lens but I couldn't do roll settings. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Mete I am not sure what is happening - is it not showing as balanced when you run the App - it is really tricky to balance that set up hence why I have sold my SC and brought the new RS2 and RSC 2 - the SC is really for lighter setups sorry I can not be any more help than that cheers Hieth
