Hello DJI community,
I purchased the DJI Care Refresh for my new Mavic 2 Pro, and a very crucial question came to mind...
I
will be travelling a lot with this drone, and I was wondering that if an accident happens such as water damage or a crash (knock on wood that does not happen), is there a timeline I have to start the Care Refresh process and contact DJI of the accident right away? Or it is okay for me to wait get back home to the US and then contact DJI support?
