Hi I have recently been given a DJI PRO, but when i connect to the DJI go app it tries to activate the camra.

I get the following Device SN verified failed. Please reconnect the device and try again. If you still can not activate your device, please go to me>dji>support>online support for more help.

I belive this device wont authorize as it is locked to someones account. is it possible to get this resolved?

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. May we know if you manage to update the firmware of your unit? If the product has been activated before, the unit shouldn't ask you again to activate it as this can only be done once. Please send us the serial number of the camera and handheld via PM here in DJI Forum for further check. Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for your support.
