Can someone check if editing scratch programs is working in the latest app version? I can not drag blocks around so I can not really create programs.

I am trying it in an Android phone.

LOL the old reboot!  I had a real headache when my iPad mini (1st gen) simply did not connect to the S1.  At all.  Period.  Finally a cold power down, wait and reboot fixed it.
