Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Would you mind sending us a screenshot showing the message? May we know if the firmware of the Mavic 2 Zoom and the version of the DJI GO 4 app are up to date? What mobile device are you using? Have you tried to use a different mo bile device or re-install the app to see if there will be changes? It's recommended to save important files and sync the flight records prior to delete the application. Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for continued support. |
