Hi, can you please help me? I have a DJI Phantom 4  Advanced plus. Everything was working and then I accidentally pressed  some buttons to reset the remote control. Now when I start the remote  control I only get a screen saying quot;DJI Sign in....quot;. When I try  to sign in it says I have no network (which is hardly surprising since I  reset everything). I can't get beyond this screen so I can't install  wifi/network either. Please help :-)

What do es that mean, you “accidentally” pressed some buttons to do a reset?

Did you think it would be helpful to reset the unit?

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please make sure that your Aircraft is connected to the RC and try to sign in again? Also, please make sure that you already connected to your home WiFi, just swipe from the top going to bottom then you will notice a window that indicates the WiFi icon, long-press the WiFi icon and connect to your home wifi.
