I Buy a Ronin SC on thuersdey, i work all saturday whith the motor focus ( on Nikon 7200 no conection whith ronin) but at the end of the day become to fail. I coudent make it work again,
I Belive and supous that's its stand alone (in conection whith the ronin but dont need to conect the camera)

Hi there, what is the color of the Status Indicator of the Focus Wheel? Please make sure it is solid green.
The range that the Focus Wheel can rotate the motor will be limited before the calibration. It is recommended to calibrate the Focus Motor to see if it works.

Blinking red slowly means the Focus Motor is disconnected. Could you please refer to the manual to re-mount the Focus Motor? The Focus Motor can be mounted on either side of the camera, you may try both sides and please make sure the Focus Motor is mounted firmly: https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... User_Guide_v1.0.pdf

I have a same problem. I tried to install the motor to both sides, I tried to update firmware but nothing. Btw the motor pretty warm literelly after couple of minutes.

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know do you mean the focus motor does not connect to the gimbal?
