SO lets start off with I have been using the same 200GB Ultra SD card (U3 rating) since I bought my pocket during the launch month. IT IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH THE SD CARD.

Whenever I go to record now it will do so for 11 seoncds and then stop. WHen I try to play back the video it is only a 5 second clip, or it shows as a 1 second ut then I play it and it is 6 seconds long.

I have formatted the card both with sd card formatter, and the Osmo itself. No change.

I am getting VERY upset ,a nd I bought this for a trip I a going on in 3 weeks. WHat the hell is going on!

Have you factory reset the Osmo?

Does the card work ok in another device, and does another card work ok in the Pocket?

First thing to do, as others have commented, is to try another memory card.

If it still isn't working, then do a factory reset on the Osmo.

Sorry been busy with work recently.

I have tried two other cards all do the same thing.

This card works perfectly fine in my LG360 cam.

I have already done a factory reset.

I'd get it to a service facility as soon as -possible then.

Have you tried removing the card and recording directly to  your mobile in lite mode? The card your trying must be a quality card and u3 speed as a minimum.
