Why won't my drone fly higher than 30 m and more than 50 m away?

We have three matrice 200 V2s that have all had the same issue. We have all flown multiple surveys using a Samsung tablet with DJI pilot.
Over the last week we have all faced the same issue in 3 different locations. Let us know if you have any ideas of why this is happening?

Sounds like your stuck in beginner mode,  I seem to recall there was a bug on android that caused this,  if you can try an IOS device.

Having the same problem here. Also Android. Tried it with different account but didn't solve it. And i do not have any IOS.

I am having the same issues here. Stuck in beginner mode. This is a bug, so DJI please fix it a.s.a.p.My setup is a Mavic 2 Enterprice Dual, Flying it with an Android device with DJI PILOT app.

So on Tuesday i was flying over a field with no problems. Had an update on Wednesday morning and wanted to fly over that exact same field. Then i was stuck in this "beginner" mode.

Is there a way to check if i am in beginner mode or that the near NFZ is limiting me? Cause i only see that i have reached max alt and Max distance but not why?

A few have raised this - may be a defect in the latest FW

Hi all, sorry for the troubles and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Could you please connect the drone to DJI Assistant 2 For Matrice and export the corresponding flight log data to local and then upload to Dropbox or Google Drive, then post the link here? Besides, we also need the APP logs which can be found under DJI/com.dji.industry.pilot/LOG.
Appreciate your assistance.
