I wondered why my Air 2 was still on iOS 12.4.1 with no request to update - appears a new iPad OS 13 is indeed due out - didn't know when though so thanks for the update.

We should find out tomorrow, as its rumoured 13.1 has been pulled ahead.

Got the iPad OS 13.1 on my iPad Mini 5 last night, today I did a quick test flight and everything seems to work properly.

Note: I did not try any of the flight modes.
