Hello DJI,

There is a shipping delay for my order. Order number [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]0019875444150. According to the Order Details there is a Clearance delay - import. On FedEx's site it says "Shipment requires a Commercial Invoice." Please advise, as I've been wating for my order since August.

I think my Osmo 3 Mobile is sitting on the same pallet in Memphis, TN that yours is on. I'm getting the same delay since Friday. Ordered on Aug 19.

Same issue here as well.  I ordered mine on August 22nd, took the day off to receive and sign for the package.  Was excited to finally get to use my Osmo Mobile 3, but it seems that I won't get it today :/

Now checking on my FedEx tracking number I get this, "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later." Not encouraging.

Shipping status on FedEx's site says the shipments have been released. Expected delivery is for tomorrow the 24th. Hope everyone else's orders that were delayed in Memphis will be arriving soon too.

A verification of the country of manufacture is required.

Recommended action:

Shipper or Importer must provide verification of the country of manufacture for shipment.
