This irregularity while a journey is taking place does not give much confidence and therefore to push it into unexplored places that I would like. What do you think is due? Thanks

Are you in Fpv mode or follow mode. That camera shake is troubling.

Actually, it was not a video he was showing.
He is asking about a problem

From the looks of it, the gimbal is having some kind of issue.
But I don't own a Phantom myself, so I'm not familiar with any solutions.

Start with an IMU calibration

Then do a compass calibration

Then the GIMBAL calibration

If that doesn't solve the issue shown I would suspect a bad gimbal motor.  And a send it in for repair or replace.
