I recently purchased a Phantom 4 RTK for a business venture. Prior to the first flight, my associate was attempting to downgrade the firmware for the controller to a version compatible with the aircraft and DJI RTK2 Mobile Ground Station. He (foolishly) decided to turn off the controller during the firmware downgrade. At this time, the remote controller will turn on, and the indicator light will signal that it is connected to the aircraft, but the display will not turn on. I have attempted to access the controller firmware via the DJI Assistant 2, but the app will not recognize that the controller is connected. What are my options in performing a factory reset of the controller?
