I submitted an online repair request 2 days ago however I have still not received the postage label to send my drone back to DJI. How long does it take for the email with the shipping label to come through? My Case number is
CAS-3564272-B8R7S8.

You can just send the damaged parts back if there is no issue with the controller and other batteries.
You can send the drone and battery and the propellers, if the battery is severe damaged, please don't send it back, keep the picture of the battery and dispose of it propely.
If there is a need to check the controller and batteries, you can also send them in. Please remove the SD card if you have one inserted to the drone.

The shipping we offered is regular ground shipping. You may need to pay the shipping fee if you would love to get expedited shipping, please let me if you decided to request the expedited shipping, I will try to ask the proper team to help.

Dear customer, upon checking the case details, it seems you input the wrong email when filling in the online form, the email should end with hotmail.com, but you input hotnail.com, we will correct it in the case and inform the team to send the shipping label again in working hours.

I have checked all folders of the email account including spam. Spoke with the online support chat yesterday Jan 7, and they said the label was being sent to my email and would take 1 business day.
