Got the Spark Portable Charging Station today, but it is not working fuly charged its's not detecting the batterys or the drone is there a fix for this or do i need to send it back?

I just watched the video....that is a strange one.   You are doing everything right.   The charging light should detect the battery and start pulsing while it charges.

Looks like it could be dodgy.
