I know there are a bunch of posts here about this subject. It seem like most people are having issues with DJI Go app and Android 10.
I have a Pixel 2 XL (with Verizon) with the OTA Android 10 update (Build QP1A.190711.020) and DJI Go 4 app (4.3.24). The app is not crashing when I open it up. I have not yet flown drone since upgrading to 10. Previously when I was on Beta Android 10 the app would crash immediately when I tried opening it. Is anyone else here able to run DJI Go 4 app succesfully on Android 10? If so is it relaible?


I plan on using the drone this afternoon over a marsh and if the app crashes when I'm in the middle of a flight it would be a major problem. If the app is unstable I will track down a different device to use.

Hi fliptwister, our engineers are working on the compatibility between DJI Go/DJI Go 4 and Android 10, it is recommended to use the phone with Android 9 and below for better performance, please note the APP update as well, thank you.

Hi there, the new DJI Go 4 has been released in stages, it should be available completely these two days, please update to the latest version once it is released and keep us updated if the issue persists, thank you.
