Hi. I started the express replacement procedure for my Osmo pocket.
I quickly received a message from UPS to print the label but no instructions what I should send back.

Should I send back only the Osmo or also everything including the accessories in original box? And what documents to include? Or is the label enough.

If I still will get the instructions later you will probably need to remove the ‘express’ part in your service naming.

Hi Cisse, for DJI Care Refresh of Osmo Pocket, the gimbal can be replaced. If everything works well, please pack the Osmo Pocket well and only send it in for service, you may write the case number on the box for better follow-up, thanks!
