I'm about to hit my one year mark and think that I'd like to renew the Care Refresh for my Zoom.  I see Care Refresh and Care Refresh+

Just want to be clear about which one to use for a renewal of an existing package.

Did i see it correctly, Refresh + is an option for one more year Care Refresh ? But it is not Available for Europe - seems so ?
