Any chance the issue has been solved for you? Cause I'm having the same trouble: can't get the left swipe menu to work on DJI GO 4. I'm flying a Mavic 2 pro, using a Huawei Mate 10 Pro on Android 9.1.0.342, and both DJI Go and the Mavic's firmware are the latest available (DJI Go is 4.3.28 and Aircraft firmware is 1.00.0510).
