Help me please...
I tirned on my mavic pro and then turnee on rc.
Amd then connected my mobile phone to rc.
But dji go4 app just shows disconnected.
Even thoight my rc shows seems like it is perfectly connected with drone.
But i can not fly mt drone because the apl just shows disconnected...
I tried several cables...side ..bottom...i tried all...but still it doesn't works....

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to ask what mobile device are you using? Have you tried to use the other port of the remote controller which is located underneath of it? Please ensure that the cable on the left side is disconnected when using the other port. Kindly keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for your support.
