I got "Cannot load firmware List " error when I have tried to update firmware for the first time...Any tip how to fix this? I have triend restarting gimbal, computer, internet, reinstaling software...

Hi there, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting.
1. Please make sure the network is normal;
2. Please make sure the DJI PRO Assistant for Ronin is the latest version v2.0.2;
3. Pull out the gimbal connection cable, re-start the gimbal, connect and refresh again;
4. You may try another computer if the firmware List still cannot be loaded.

Hello, it is also impossible to update on OX 10.15 Catalina. The installer fails after the HornDIS install and I can't get the gimbal seen by the O/S (It shows up as connected, but the Assistant doesn't see it). Any ideas?
