Doing a Construction Documentation now since one year, every two weeks.
Its always been annoying to authorize the Drone again and again since Flysafe cant unlock you for
at least one year.
Im unlocking on site, HotSpot via Iphone connected to the Crystalsky.
Sometimes it needed 10 Attempts on site to finally unlock the Authorization Zone.
So, in some way it was already broken before.


Today the following error came up, while unlocking the Authorization Zone: unknownHostException: cant resolve host
No chance to unlock, also connection to HotSpot of the Iphone is fine.

Only thing that changed from my side, is that i updated my IPhone to IOS 13.

Equipment:
Crystalsky 7.85 Ultra
Mavic 2 Pro
Iphone 8

All Equipment updated to the latest available Versions.

For me, this seems more like a connection issue Iphone/Crystalsky.
But lets see what flysafe has to say.

I have the exact same problem with my phantom 4 advanced+, but all this has came about after doing a firmware update which applied the restriction on the 4km zone, any info on why this happens and how to fix it would be great
