Is it just me or does the osmo mobile 3 seem to be having all sorts of issues.

First off the horizon level is off on mine, No way to correct.
Second no livestream capabilities.
Third, The tilt and pand seem more limited then the mobile 2.

Am I missing anything or did the mobile 2 seem better?

It was poor - But you need to update to latest firmware - just released a new one yesterday - increases the tilt and other issues - works well imo

For what it's worth, the YouTube reviewers seem to think it's overall a better device.  

Who thinks those youtubers get paid/get free products when they "like" the brand that provide them? Raise your hand.

afetr used almost 2 months, i felt better using osmo 2 for more flexibility movement

Hi emerbaum, we are sorry for the unpleasant experience with Osmo Mobile 3, for the first issue, are the horizon level is off when double-pressing the Trigger Button? If yes, please check if you are under FPV mode.
Osmo Mobile 3 doesn't support live stream function, please note the future update.
Here is the mechanical range Osmo Mobile 3:
Pan: -162.5° to 170.3°
Roll: -85.1° to 252.2°
Tilt: -104.5° to 235.7°
