From the last update with DJI Assistant 2 my Mavic Air won't fly. Please, someone to help...

Yes, any suggestion and ideas.

It is the Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) error. There might be a damage if the motors are not running.

Hi Ahmed, when starting the drone they move as usual. It's something other.

Your case, it is a problem with the Electronic Speed Controller that aircraft doesn't takeoff.

Ok remove all propellers then try.

Don't worry, it's not a big problem, maximum could be only ESC disconnection that needs to be connected

For now, try somewhere else to take off.

Could be disconnected either by shock or maybe even the firmware instructions (accessibility instruction).

There is no calibration for ESC.

Might try refreshing the firmware on the bird and the remote control and see the result.

Can't update again just before that. The only factory reset but is the same... The remote control does not recognise win 10 it's also very strange... Please, I need help... Thank you.

Close the app first and then reboot. Reboot your PC before each firmware refresh. In other words don't run both unless you reboot in between each refresh. Run the refresh not the factory reset.

Yes, I try with rebooting and refresh but is the same... Think I need some like develop the program to reset and maybe upgrate ESC I read a lot this two days about that Esc error but nothing how to fix with software. I see a couple of post from people using old DJI Assistant with developing tools but not working with Mavic Air it shows me when connecting the drone is Mavic Pro ... Finally is the same

Have you uninstalled and deleted all that remained of DJI Asst 2 rebooted and reinstall a fresh downloaded copy from DJI's site? (There are remains of it left behind in C: drive > Program Files x86 so delete them then reboot and reinstall) .

Yes, BobB I make everything step by step I know how to do it mate but is the same... The biggest problem is the new version, my friend... I order a new ESC board I will change I hope to fix but still, I think is a software problem ...

I would like to ask if you've managed re-install the application as I notice that based on the screenshot, the ESC status of your aircraft is on "Normal" state.  You may also try to change a mobile device to see if you'll be getting the same error message. In addition to this, it's highly recommended to sync the flight records and save important files before deleting your app to prevent lost files. Thank you for understanding.

Hey  Tony, I don't need flight records and I aways delete after the end of the day. Yes like everybody I have incidents three before this ESC error but you write and see ESC status is Normal and start this error after the update before that after the last incident I fly four times with my drone...

I forgot after update first is Battery Error but fix with old DJI Assistant 2 with DevTools after that show me and ESC error but the question is with the new update read incident log maybe block my drone and how to erase?
I have four batteries and I test to other Mavic Air and they work perfectly...
Maybe someone if tells me how to use DevTools in new DJI+Assistant+2+1.2.5 I will fix this problem and how to erase history in the drone also?

Hi friends!!! I solved the problem " Cannot take off" myself. Just this Saturday I replaced ESC Board and my Mavic AIR fly again But again I have problem with the battery and drone fly 10 min to 50% of the battery and going himself to landing??? Any idea how to fix????
