I agree. active track is impressive but I need more.

this is flying GoPro and no Pilot skill needs  so is a kind of to me instant noodle

yes, you can buy an enhanced wifi controller for i think its $150 and fly it normally for a couple miles like 2.5- 3 miles i think i seen and it will still avoid crashing.

by default skydio 2 also being targeted towards active users for go pro type drone as well as  automated inspections and manufacturing industries where skydio can safely half the 1 meter combined protective bubble to half a meter for it to automatically fly into tighter spaces between things.  all sensors raw data can be analyzed as well not just main camera allowing completely new way to view things in such industries.

and likely will expand into police as well once uses are figured out there. since i can dream up a few uses for a skydio drone in a foot pursuit situation  where they dont need to worry about it crashing so much and can allow officers a slight tactical edge and flexibility to take a new approach without even needing to pilot they just need ability to see what the drone sees in real time, which can be done with  semi custom unit and cellular/custom higher power transmition options and maybe a custom display reciever

Without a doubt, a different concept. We will have to see it in the EU.
