Nilanjan118 previously made a fake account to abuse me, now he has done it again. The mods can't have missed 5 abusive posts in different threads, so it leads me to belive they are leaving the posts there and ignoring it on purpose.

Hi RJB1, thanks for reporting. Upon checking the behaviors of ID: HoppingBug, it indeed violates the forum regulations and the user will be automatically banned as he has been warned three times. It is the same for everyone in the forum. As for ID: nilanjan118, we've warned him one time when we received your report the first time, and there is no trolling afterward, please kindly note.

Why don't you listen and properly investigate. Its not hard to work out Nilanjan118 is Hoppingbug. He first set up Bigeyeinthesky and sent abusive messages. You haven't banned that account either. That account is even from japan the same as Nilanjan and appeared right after the argument broke out with Nilangan118. Bigeyeinthesky threw out some abuse then disappeared, has never posted anything again. It was created by Nilanjan118 purely to hurl abuse, the same as his new account Hoppingbug. You need to abide by your own forum rules and ban Nilanjan118

well it's just one person. Incredibly childish. But it does highlight how incompetent or deceptive DJI is. I think the admins here have only replied now because I have a long running email going with their service centre trying to resolve the issues with my Spark. We were just about to strike a deal and I was going to send it to them, and then this all happened. So when the admins wouldn't respond I pulled the plug on the deal. I'm not going to trust them to honour their side of a deal when they wont even address simple abuse on their forum.
