I have a DJI Phantom 4 and I noticed there was a Upgrade I followed all the directions on how to upgrade but it downloads and goes to update and it says Firmware update failed .... I have tried it with the DJI Go App and Have tried it using the Software any Ideas ????

If no, can you please try to download the said software on our website and try to download the firmware through the said software. Also, can you please send us a screenshot showing the error for us to further isolate the issue? Please keep us posted. Thank you!
