Hi DJI. I have DJI Osmo Mobile 2 and I use it with Samsung galaxy S8. Everything was fine, but now active tracking mode don't work, I tried everything, but it still don't work. What I should I do next?https://youtu.be/sLTMr7hhEao

I have the exact same problem. I bought the Osmo Mobile 2 just yesterday and the active track feature won't work. Phone is Huaweii P10 with Android 9.

Yes, Android DJI GO V3.1.5 has been released to fix this problem, please keep us updated if there is any other problem.

Osmo Mobile 3 doesn't have this problem. Did you cancel the Portrait Orientation Lock function in your mobile phone?
