Hi DJI. I have DJI Osmo Mobile 2 and I use it with Samsung galaxy S8. Everything was fine, but now active tracking mode don't work, I tried everything, but it still don't work. What I should I do next?https://youtu.be/sLTMr7hhEao

We are currently refactoring the ActiveTrack function in Osmo mobile 2. This feature is temporarily blocked on v3.1.58 APP and is expected to be fixed in the next version soon. Please kindly accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused.
If you need to urgently use this feature, it is recommended to use the mobile device with Android 9.0 and below and install the v3.1.52 version which I will send you PM later.

I have the exact same problem. I bought the Osmo Mobile 2 just yesterday and the active track feature won't work. Phone is Huaweii P10 with Android 9.

Yes, Android DJI GO V3.1.5 has been released to fix this problem, please keep us updated if there is any other problem.

I am having a similar problem with my osmo mobile 3.

Osmo Mobile 3 doesn't have this problem. Did you cancel the Portrait Orientation Lock function in your mobile phone?
