Hi, thank you for bringing this query for us and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please try to sync all of your flight records in the DJI Go 4 application and uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 app then try to connect it again to see if the problem persists? Also, you can try to use a different communication cable to connect your aircraft to your PC for you to run the DJI Assistant 2. Please keep us posted. Thank you! |
