Hi a couple day before I received a new mavic 2 zoom from care refresh I traid to  active aircrasft on  DJI go 4 app  and dji assitant  without success.
On DJI Go 4 show me  go to fly  and the next screen a message  firware updated and  aircrasft must be activate at the same time gimbal  ,battery  state is not conected  but the control can move the gimbal up and down
On DJI assitant the aircrasft is not recongnise  at all  I used diferent operative system and Pc in all case the same.

Hi, thank you for bringing this query for us and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please try to sync all of your flight records in the DJI Go 4 application and uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 app then try to connect it again to see if the problem persists? Also, you can try to use a different communication cable to connect your aircraft to your PC for you to run the DJI Assistant 2. Please keep us posted. Thank you!
