When I first registered my P3A I named my phantom 3 advanced 'Shadow' and I would like to change it to something else like Reaper, predator, stalker, hornet, warrior, outlaw, wasp, dragonfly... Etc  
How do you change it?

I called mine SploodgeP3P

I dont think you can change the name..

You can now buy the official DJI Hardshell Backpack for the Phantom 3

Remember to buy extra propellers and one or two spare batteries to keep you flying

Batwing....most items I have go with that theme..Wifi is labeled BatCave...PC is Bane, Wii is riddler. etc....

My RC plan-flying mentor got me into powered gliders. When I get it up about 200 feet or so, it often becomes difficult to orient oneself and tell the front from the back, whether it's upside down, or what. He laughed and said "...everything goes so slowly. You can almost tell someone else to keep an eye on it while I go get a beer." Then he further related "...one day I was accidentally flying a hawk. I didn't realize at first - when I turned left, it turned left, when I turned right, it turned right. Then, suddenly, it swooped away somewhere else. I had a momentary panic and then, unbelievably, I caught sight of my glider. I had been "flying" the hawk!"

Very cool names.  I'm embarrassed to admit that I didn't know you could name your Phantom!  I read the manual but don't recall seeing anything about giving your drone a name.  Of course, this is my first drone (got it yesterday) so I was more focused on getting familiarized with the equipment, etc.  Would someone kindly point me in the direction of where I can find out how to do this?

When you first downloaded the pilot app, did you see a activation/register screen pop up when you connected to your phantom 3?

Hi Jack,

First, thanks for your help.  I did get an activation/register screen of some kind.  I don't recall exactly what it contained but I created my DJI profile and connected to my drone.  I may kind of/sorta/vaguely remember something now about naming it but I genuinely can't remember.  If I did, I'd be surprised if I entered anything.  I'm funny about names and would have wanted time to mull it over.
