Hi DJI Staff,

I have bought an additional battery from your Amazon store in May 2019, and it has been working fine during my past 20-30 flights. This month (Oct 2019) the battery all of a sudden stopped working all together. Pressing the power button or attempting to charge the battery gives no green light at all. Please see attached photos. How can I send this in to be serviced or repaired? My 2nd battery is working fine without any problem.

Hi Eric, we are sorry for the trouble with the battery, if there is still no response when charging more than one hour, please contact our support team www.dji.com/support to start a ticket and send in for the evaluation.

Open a case, send to California for repair. 1 month process time guaranteed
