Hi, thank you for bringing this query to us and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please try to refresh your firmware then install again the update. Also, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Assistant 2 software then download it again to see if the problem persists. In addition, can you please send us a screenshot showing your firmware version on the application for us to further determined if the update was already downloaded to the unit. Please keep us posted.
