Ronin M tilt axis don't work

Hello!
My Ronin M tilt axis don't work ,
on windows app"live data" i can see power up & down (between -20  -10)

I don't understand, please help me!

Have you balanced the tilt axis well?
Can you please do the tilt test with app and check the love data ?

Yes I do a good balanced,
and nothing happen when i test "Tilt" with app !

..im still waiting after 12 days for my faulty handlebars to be replaced

Any chance to post a photo of your camera on the Ronin?

I found out the tilt is a bit tricky on the Ronin-m, performance depends on what lens or camera you use.

I am still testing the limits on mine

I emailed my dealer (Droneland) and DJI support in EU as soon as i unpacked (15 days ago)..i got no answer from both for 10 days.
Then i contacted you with video of my issue...thankfully i got feedback from you and you adviced me to contact dealer again for replacement. Droneland finally respond to my emails, but still no progress with my issue (im waiting for them to investigate further!)...and i got two projects delayed because i cant use my gimbal with faulty handlebars..

I used it with my 5d mark 2 and 50mm lens or 24-105mm,it worked very well...but now the tilt motor dont work .. i try every setting, default ect... the motor is faulty, i have send it to my dealer...
So now i 'm waiting, can't work..
