What is the different between Quantity Surveyor Courses Online and Site Manager Course?

I’ve used my Mavic air for about 2hrs total flight time, I used it at a open farm about an hour away and it works fine but when I use it near/at my house (I have only flown in those 2 locations) it’s horizontal speed is capped at 2m/s. This is obviously bad as it can travel vertically faster on sports mode. Is there a way to fix this?
