UPS screwed up the shipping and is sending Mavic back to DJI instead of delivering it today like the UPS rep said they would on the phone. Now I have to wait for it to be shipped to the west coast and then back to me on the east coast again. DJI won’t ship it back any faster, did not apologize and even tried to have me pay for the return. How is this okay? |
