Hey everyone.
I bought a Ronin SC a few days ago. Looks really promising but if im being honest im becoming less and less enthusiastic about it. Have tried troubleshooting this issue for 2 days now and could really do with some help if anyone has any ideas. It says 'timeout code' is the reason for failure.
Heres what Ive tried so far:
Using the app to update firmware
Using the PC software to update the firmware
Balanced the gimbal before
Various itterations of having the gimbal plugged in, not plugged in, turned on, turned off.
I have emailed DJI support and asked for help via facebook but because its a professional product they are unable to help me
Nothing works. Here is a video of what happens every time.
Any help would be hugely appreciated
