Nice video, although the quality of Tello is a bit behind what we usually see from a DJI drone

You're getting a fair bit of jello in that footage. Tello should have a steadier image than that. You might need to replace some damaged props, check the prop motors aren't bent or remove the prop guards.

The jello video effect, where the image wobbles, can be caused by damaged props, bent prop mounts from the motors, not so much the motors themselves. Check those first. You can see the jello in that video, shaky image quality.
