I believe I have the latest version of GO 4, v4.2.16 and am having trouble syncing or IDing my drone with the CrystalSky. I have a Matrice 200. Once everything is on and connected, it automatically says it's connected to a Mavic pro, and won't give me the option to switch to M200. Can anyone help or have any tips on how to connect to my M200?

Hi DucksRlife, just to verify, do you mean the current App version is 4.2.16 or 4.3.16? If it is 4.2.16, please kindly update to the latest version and see whether it helps.

Alright, I have everything updated and am still having problems IDing my aircraft. It wants to bring up Phantom 4 now. I have attached a picture for reference. When I tap OK, it automatically goes back to the homescreen page. I also tried DJI Pilot and am having similar issues. It recognizes my sensor but not the aircraft. The Crystalsky is attached directly to the RC.

Are you sure the you're not supposed to use DJI Go 3 with the M200?

No, M200 series (v1) can be operated by GO4, GS Pro or Pilot app.
M200 series v2 can only be operated by GS Pro or Pilot app.

Sorry, I have the M200 V2, so that explains the reason why GO 4 will not work. Thanks!

When I try to update the Pilot app from v0.5.1 to v1.6.0, a window pops up and says "start downloading (please check system status bar)". Where is this system status bar located, and how can I get Pilot updated?
