I really nees help here. My screen is blacc as shown in the photo all of the video and photo menu are greyed out and the sd card says it has 0mb but its a 32gig with nothing on it. ive been buying dji equipment for years bit this is strating to pish me away it has been nothing but problems for the last year . . ive done everything. The red light on the gimble stays red it wont turn green when I put my sd card in with new firmware update it wont read the card and when i plug it into my vomputer (the full drone) my computer won't recognize it anymorw. please help

I'm have a similar problem since I powered it up 2 weeks ago and it required update to 1.11.20 , It flys good and even takes pictures as I can see them when I take the SD card back to the PC, however no video display.  Can't get any good advice or DJI service

Hi there, just to verify, does the issue remain if format or remove the SD card? You may change to another working SD card to verify.

Hi Coldheartid, we've read your post and responded as well:  https://forum.dji.com/thread-200827-1-1.html As you have tried multiple troubleshooting, I'm afraid that the issue cannot be figured out remotely, and sincerely suggest you send the unit in for a fully diagnosis. Hope for your understanding.

I may have found the problem, here is part of the log file from the hidden file MISC.

Module 1500 and 0800 is not detected in some of the lines.

So it looks like it could all be centered around the overheating of the DaVinci Chip during the firmware upgrade.

I'm a retired electronics engineer and this may be beyond my abilities.

I have a few more steps to check wiring and other connections before looking for a repair company.

Is this something that is covered under warranty because before the update my drone worked fine. After the update I've lost out on 4 jobs due to having no way to meet the customers requirements, which made me look bad because ween they booked I had a working drone there's nothing you guys can do to help us with this problem. Even just pointing us in a direction of the problem it self or where we could look to try and fix it without having a month or longer without our equipment.
