Hello,

I started using Mavic 2 Pro and had some issues with acquiring coordinate files (such as EXIF).

1. The first and biggest issue is that when I connect the drone to my PC via "DJI Assistant 2" and try to see the "Log Export", the only thing I get is the loading sign and it does not do anything as shown in below image. What is going on and what should I do to fix this?
2. My goal is to get some nice drone images with coordinates within the file. But how do I do this?
I took some videos and extracted frame by frame images.
It looks nice but since it does not have any coordinates, it is pretty useless for me to do some 3D modeling.

Thank you!

The still images should contain the long and lat in the exif information.  Although the height can be off.  Also if you are recording video turn on video captions and you'll get a sub title text file with those details to overlay onto the video.

it happens because dji drivers are not signed by microsoft.

here is a step by step to solve it:
uninstall dji assistant
startup menu of windows, press shift key and then click restart.
troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, the PC will restart.
choose option 7 (start without microsoft drivers signature)
install dji assistant
download your logs
